As always the base oil made of Hempseed, Argan and Jojoba carrier oils is great. It’s really great for beard hair and the skin underneath. I like the scent, it really smells like a fresh pine forest and always add a little shine to the beard. Using only natural essential oils is what makes these products so good for the beard and skin. And I learnt about the Battle of Largs.
I just discovered brew beard oils a couple of weeks ago and it’s brilliant stuff, my beards never been better n smells great! definitely a regular customer here
I recently read an article about Braw Beard and thought the products looked interesting. I therefore ordered The Jarls Northman 1263 Braw Beard Oil but was a bit surprised at the £4.99 shipping charge for 10ml of product. I took delivery of it on 23/10/24 and when I saw the packaging I saw where all that money had gone! It reminded me of the worst excesses of Amazon packaging. I thought companies were more responsible these days? To compound matters I do not like the scent either...

To address the packaging review. I try to keep it as sustainable as possible within my resources as a small business.
The jiffy bag you got is:
• the smallest size I have to accommodate the Royal Mail postage label on the front (they're pretty big to be fair, but that's what they supply).
• a size which accommodates several sizes of my products (this is a sustainable option to save me buying lots of various sizes).
The packaging inside is:
• A leaflet promoting our annual beard competition
• A small booklet explaining the history of Braw Beard
• A leaflet to review your product (which you've done and I appreciate it)
• A sticker
The shipping cost covers the jiffy bag, the label and what Royal Mail charge me.

Great fragrance.
This is a great smelling oil and very nicely packaged. I loved the combination of sawdust and Scots Pine as it's my partners favourite smell.
